When mailing payments by mail, please be sure to conceal your type of payment within the envelope or use security type envelopes to protect from possible mail theft. Mail in payments are expected to be sent within 3 days so that it will be received within 7 days from ordering. Please send an email when payment is sent.

COMBINED SHIPPING: - When purchasing more than one item we require all combined items to be paid for in one payment. This will save you on shipping! Shipping DISCOUNTS are only given when ONE PAYMENT IS MADE!
When paying with PayPal and you purchased more than one item, we will resend you a new invoice with your combined purchases and combined shipping. So, Please wait for us to Re-Invoice you! Payment is expected within 3 days. If payment is not received, the items will be relisted.
When paying by check or money order, please wait for us to Re-Invoice you to be able to take advantage of combined shipping. This will save you!
SHIPPING TIMES: - We ship all orders except custom orders, with in 2 days of receipt of payment. Custom orders, please allow up to 7 days before shipping after payment received. We ship all orders USPS Priority Mail. Most items arrive in less than 4 days; but the US Postal Service is known to occasionally take longer. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days from shipment date if within the DECKTHE WALLS HOME DECOR is not responsible for service transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin destination, particularly during peak periods.
RETURNS: - If your not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your money, or exchange the item if you prefer, excluding shipping. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, requesting a return. Refunds will be given as soon as we receive the item back. If returning your item(s), you will need to ship it back to us at your expense in the original packaging, in unused, undamaged condition, be accompanied by a copy of your sales receipt, and postmarked within three days of receiving the item. If we don't receive the item(s) within 10 days, only a store credit will be issued. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
